The Legal Proceeding of the Demonstrators in front of the Ministry of Economy Has Been Postponed

Media-News. The legal proceeding of the members of the “Round Table” was postponed to October 6. This decision was made by Tbilisi Isani-Samgori Regional Court because of the new circumstances appeared in the case.

To remember, Tamaz Tsiklauri, Irakli Shonia and Lasha Katsanashvili were detained in July, when the “Round Table” was holding the action in front of the Ministry of Economy.

They are charged with the physical damage of Kaxa Bendukidze, the Minister of Economy, though the members of “Round Table” consider that this fact didn’t take place and that they are political prisoners.

Bimurza Aprasidze, one of the leaders of the party, declared, that Isani-Samgori Court broke the law, when the legal proceeding was postponed after 12 days instead of 10 days envisaged by the court.
