Web-Page of the Ministry of Justice is Opened

On October 12 Justice Minister presented the web-page of the Justice Ministry www.justice.gov.ge where all updated legal acts are freely accessible.

Web-page also contains the information about the structure and activities of the ministry, there are explained the procedures of giving the documents from the ministry as well as the phone directory of the stuff of the ministry and other information.

As for the law searching system, here you can find presidential decrees and government’s statements.

According to the Justice Minister, soon the decrees of the minister will be posted on the web that will support the transparency of the government.

As Zaza Itriashvili, the head of the Justice Ministry’s information department said, the working period of creating the web-page lasted for six months. It was very hard work, especially to make e-version of the laws. More than 1000 normative act are posted on the page that will be updated permanently.
