Expert Maia Nikoleishvili Blaims “Kmara” For Falsification Of Facts 

Tbilisi. Media News. The independent expert Maia Nikoleishvili blames “Kmara” activists and members of the “Liberty Institute” to exert undue pressure on law enforcement bodies. She states that so called expertise profiles given by the mentioned organizations as regards convicts and accused persons is mere charlatanism.
 
In particular, Maia Nikoleishvili spoke about the expertise conclusions of Mamuka Chubinidze, accused of drug trafficking.
 
According to the expert, the conclusions of medical experts of “Empatia” (as submitted by the “Liberty Institute”) do not coincide with the one conducted by the state expertise. She suspects that there was an attempt to exaggerate simple injuries to have been the result of torture.
 
“Liberty Institute” and “Kmara” have an interest in the exaggeration of facts to constitute Torture as they get considerable funding for their activities to reveal facts of Torture”,- stated Maia Nikoleishvili.
