Special Operations Police Disperse Bagebi Action

IDPs living in the Bagebi dormitory organized a protest during the evening of February 20 to demand electricity, blocking the road to Tskneti. Students and IDPs have been appealing to the respective bodies for several days demanding electricity, but in vain.  A team of special operations police dispersed the protestors late in the evening.
About ten protestors were detained, including women and students. Several students were beaten and one, according to the information received, was brutally injured.
