An Attempt to Cross the Georgian Border Illegally

Tbilisi.02.24.05.Media News. On January 27th, employees of the Operative Investigative Department of the Interior Ministry uncovered an attempt by 39-year-old Tsiuri Adeishvili, resident of Tbilisi, 22-year-old Pikria Sanadze, resident of Kutaisi and 38-year-old Mevlud Elbakidze, resident of Rustavi to cross the Georgian border illegally. The three were headed to Athens from Tbilisi Airport and were using false official Greek documents confirming that they had the right to live and work in Greece.

Criminal charges have been laid  against the three Georgian residents, and the cases have been sent to the General Prosecutor’s Office.
