Child Sold for 100 US Dollars

03.03.05.Media News. Employees of Railway Police Sub-Department and Tbilisi Didube-Chugureti District Prosecutor’s Office detained 29 year-old previously tried Ana Z-dze, resident of village Gudaleti of Kaspi Region and 59 year-old Mzia K-dze, resident of Khashuri on the fact of trafficking.

According to the press service of the Interior Ministry they sold Ana Z-dze’s little child, Teone Z-dze born on July 5, 2004 to 38 year-old Marika Kh-shvili.

The criminal case has been brought on the fact of human trafficking.
