Court Executor Accused of Assault

Invalid Nunu Okrojanashvili, an inhabitant of the village Shroma from the Lagodekhi district, is suing Court Executor Mamuka Begiashvili and accuses him of assault.

“I met Begiashvili in his office. Whilst talking about business, he started shouting and then swearing. He was drunk probably. His colleagues tried to calm him down, but with no result. I have submitted the law suit and ask for the police and the court to punish Begiashvili,” declares Nunu Okrojanashvili.

Mamuka Begiashvili himself categorically denies the assault. “Nothing like that happened. This woman is an unscrupulous liar and she sues me. I deny that I was drunk and that I attacked this woman,” stated Begiashvili.

The head of Lagodekhi police Archil Shaburishvili says that the police will respond to Okrojanashvili’s appeal.
