NGO Representatives demand the Punishment of Girgvliani Murder Clients in Batumi


By 4.00 in Batumi NGOs, journalists and political party representatives gathered near Ilia Chavchavadze statue. They demanded the punishment of Sndro Girgvliani murders and their clients.

 “The society has strength and we must assist each other, only in this way we shall win.”- stated Guliko kukuladze.

“Murderers must be punished. I believe, if the society stands together, nobody will threat them. I am here for our lives to be defended”- declared Irakli Gogiberashvili, solicitor of Batumi Human Rights Regional Centre.

“Sitting at home at such time is a shame, because the unreasonably aimed bullet must be stopped somewhere. Society collects these small sparks, which soon turn into a big fire. Seeing mistakes, you should raise your voice, as they consider themselves to be right. Such mistake is not simple mistake at all”-said Vakhtang Glonti, writer.

the demonstration had the following slogans: “Let us guard the justice”, “Just verdict to clients” and so on.
