Anti-sanitary in Tbilisi Damages Ecology

Tbilisi, 23.07.06, ‘Media News’ – “Ecological situation in Tbilisi is getting worse during the summer,” says the leader of Green Movement Giorgi Gachechiladze. According to him, the situation is frightening in the suburbs of the city.

Sanitarian norms are violated in city rubbish dumps, says Gachechiladze, which causes pollution of air, water and ground.

The leader of Green Party thinks that the main reason of anti-sanitary is lack of trash cans. Because of this, the number of rats and snakes has increased.
