Irakli Batiashvili Is Taken from Jail #5 to Jail #7

Tbilisi.8/3/2006.Meida News. Today the leader of the political movement “Tsin Sakartvelo” Irakli Batiashvili was taken from Jail # 5 of the penitentiary department to the 7th one.

According to Soso Baratashvili, the attorney of Batiashvili, transferring the alleged person was an illegal act as it versus the declaration of the judge.

The attorney explains that there are very bad conditions in the jail #7 and he was taken there to psychologically pressure on him. Baratashvili is going to appeal the court for this fact.
