Inmate Dies in Khipshidze Clinic

Tbilisi, 23.08.2006, ‘Media News’ – Otar Maisuradze, 29, has died in Central Clinic of Tbilisi State Medical University on the 22nd of August.

Otar Maisuradze has been transferred to the Jail Hospital from Rustavi Jail #6 on the 4th of July. However he has been moved to Khipshidze Clinic on the 22nd of August after his health condition worsened. The medical research showed that the inmate suffered with acute heart and breathing diseases.

Otar Maisuradze was arrested on the 21st of February by Special Operation Forces. He was accused in drug selling.
