Kakhetians Were Paying Illegal Electricity Fee

Tbilisi, 05.09.2006, ‘Media News’ – Electricity Distribution Company in Kakheti forced inhabitants to pay high electricity fee. “People were paying 19 tetri instead of 13,” – declared David Mikautadze, defender of customer’s rights.

According to him, the violation was discovered during checking which started on the 29th of August and ended on the 5th of September.

Mikautadze insists that the company has recognized its fault and the agreement, that company will return back money to the costumers was achieved.
