Prisoner Dies in the Jail Hospital

Tbilisi. 30.10.06. Media News. On October 29, twenty-four-year-old prisoner Fridon P. died in jail hospital within Georgian Ministry of Justice.

He was taken to hospital from Geguti jail #8 on October 27. Doctors diagnosed he was in Delirious Condition and had Tuberculosis. The death resulted from an acute insufficiency of circulatory system.    

The accused was charged for thievery and was sentenced to four-year-imprisonment.
