Police do not Allow Observers in the Polling Stations

According to the Human Rights Centre, police do not allow observers in Kareli district to enter the village Dvani. The only reason they mention is that this village is in conflict region and the situation is tense there.

The representatives of Labour Party also face problems, they were not allowed to write complaints in non of the polling station in Kareli district.
