Badri Patarkatsishvili Lawyer Against Ceasing Criminal Investigation

Soso Baratashvili, attorney for the late Badri Patarkatsishvili, advised his family members to not seek to cancel the criminal investigation into the activities of the businessman. The attorney considers that the court hearing is necessary to rehabilitate the political image of the late presidential candidate. 

Soso Baratashvili said in his conversation with Medianews that they have enough evidence to convince the court that the accusations made by the Prosecutor’s Office against Patarkatsishvili are groundless. He added that final decision about the investigation should be made by family members.

Badri Patarkatsishvili was accused in having plotted the attempted overthrow of the Georgian government.
