Family of Late Badri Patarkatsishvili vs. Josef Key at American Court

April 8, 2008

The family of the late business tycoon Badri Patarkatsishvili appealed to the Manhattan Federal Court in New York against Josef Key, the cousin of Patarkatsishvili and his attorneys Emanuel Seltzer, based on diversity of citizenship and the amount of the claims.

The suit points out that Josef Key, who is also known as Josef Kakalashvili, Ioseb Kakalashvili and Ioseb Kakiashvili, flawed the will of Badri Patarkatsishvili using fraudulent documents that are not supported in law.  Thusm he declared himself to be the manager of Patarkatsishvili’s property without legal authority.

Legal Firm “Debevoz and Plimton” will protect the interest of late businessman at New York Court.
