Closer examination could not determine if any criminal crime had transpired. But it was written in a revised AKT that a debt of 62, 600 GEL were lodged on the account of the regional governors administration’s account at the beginning of 2007. A total of 16,000 GEL was for salaries of staff who worked at the time; 5 000 GEL included social assignments, and the remaining 45 000 GEL was for various goods and services, which to include communal expenses.
