IDPs Scattered Throughout Shida Kartli Region

The IDPs compactly living in various Georgian regions who can not return to their homes will be redistributed throughout the Shida Kartli Region.

Until the cottages are constructed in Shida Kartli Region, IDPs living in the conflict zone as well as the IDPs living in Gori district whose houses can not be reconstructed until winter will be placed in several state institutions.

News agency Media news was told by Shida Kartli Regional Administration that 15 international organizations have accepted the task of providing for proper winter living conditions for the IDPs that were compactly inhabited in Shida Kartli Region. These international organizations will repair state institution buildings and provide all of them with toilets and bathrooms as well as heating facilities.
