Representatives of the movement “November 7” and patrol policemen had clash in front of Japanese restaurant “Sushibar” in Abashidze Street, Tbilisi.
Levan Gogichaishvili, member of the “November 7”reported that members of their organization and their supporters, about 30 people, arrived in front of the restaurant “Sushibar” in Abashidze Street where Mikheil Saakashvili, president of Georgia, had a party with his friends. The demonstrators shouted at him: “Go, Go”. Soon, high-ranking officials from Special Operative Department and Internal Ministry of Georgia arrived at the place. Because of large number of policemen the demonstrators ran towards crossing Arakishvili Street and law enforcers chased them.
According to Gogichaishvili nobody was injured during the incident from their organization. He added that residents of the street threw glass jars at law enforcers and one policeman was slightly injured. Demonstrators sheltered in the office of the political party “Conservatives” and the incident finished.
