Less Money to Be Spent on Public Structures from 2014 Kutaisi Budget

Interim Kutaisi Mayor is ready to plan the next year budget with participation of local nongovernmental organizations. Mayor Shota Murgulia personally informed representative of civil society about his intention. 

“You know that 2014 is election year. So, I think less funds shall be spent for public agencies next year,” Murgulia clarified during his meeting with the representatives of local NGOs.

The NGO representatives are also ready to actively participate in the planning of Kutaisi budget, which is 42 300 lari. Their priorities are social projects and believe that local budget shall be spent on this direction.
