Documents Will Be Registered Online in District Administrations of Kakheti Region

From the New Year, every district administration of Kakheti region will join joints online system of document-registration. New governor of Kakheti region Irakli Shiolashvili made statement about it. After the online program is launched, all correspondence, including citizens’ applications will be shared in the online joint system of local self-governments.

The regional governor said the new program will make correspondence more operative and it will be easier to communicate with the regional governor’s administration.

“The new program will be first launched in Kakheti region. The application filed to any district administration, will be registered online on any public servant. District governor will have opportunity to assign letters to village attorneys within several minutes. Also, village attorneys will receive documents from ordinary citizens. The applications will be discussed and the applicant will be notified timely on the place without traveling to the district administration office from the villages. The program will be very effective. Nowadays, all successful ministries use this program and we want to introduce this system in the region and local self-governmental bodies. In a week’s time, everybody will get feel effectiveness of the communication between local self-governmental agencies and population, Irakli Shiolashvili said.

Financial Ministry gave the online program of document registration to district administrations for free.
