Kutaisi City Hall employees will receive salary-adds and bonuses according to the new system. Kutaisi mayor Shota Murgulia made statement about it.

According to his clarification, in future, service units at the Kutaisi City Hall will pay bonuses and salary adds from their own budget. Soon, every service unit will have its own internal budget.

“This is a new system, according to which the employees will be given merit bonuses. By the end of the year heads of service units at the City Hall will submit reports about the good service of their employees for which they received bonuses. I think it will be motivation for public servants to perform their duties with high sense of responsibility,” Kutaisi mayor Shota Murgulia said.

Reportedly, salary-adds will be distributed based on the quarterly reports from service units. As for the bonuses or salary adds for the heads of service units, Murghulia said he will make decisions about it.
