On November 20, an exhibition Family Album was organized in the seventh building of the Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University (TSU).
The exhibition was organized by the Scientific Research Center of Georgian-Ossetian Relations, which is functioning under the auspices of the TSU.

Old family photos of Georgian and Ossetian intelligentsia both from Tskhinvali and Tbilisi were exhibited; the new photos from the village near the ABL were also exhibited.

“The photos revive those years when Georgian and Ossetian intelligentsia, scientists and other professionals meet each other and exchanged experience. The photos were taken during those meetings. Akaki Shanidze’s jubilee was celebrated in Tskhinvali Pedagogical Institute in 1967, which was attended by Georgian and Ossetian public figures,” the organizer of the exhibition Naira Bepievi said.

Exhibition Family Album was funded in the frame of the small grant programs announced by the Coalition for Trust.

Naira Bepievi said to integrate Georgian and Ossetian people it is important to organize similar events to make future better than past.
Employees, PhD and Master students of the TSU, representatives of NGOs and interested people visited the exhibition.
