Tomorrow, on August 5, at 12:00 pm, in the press-club of Prime Time Human Rights Center will hold a press-conference about the legislative proposal which claims that prisoners shall not be fined for unpaid income taxes during imprisonment term. The authors of the draft-law are Human Rights Center and MP Ani Mirotadze from the parliamentary fraction National Forum.
