“It is the second case when they create obstacles for us in the election campaign. The first occurred in the village Nakhiduri, the second was repeated in the village Mamkhuti”, - Samira Ismailova, the single mandate candidate in Bolnisi municipality from the National Movement, declared.

Samira Ismailova said the single mandate candidate with the team of 20 people was in the village Mamkhuti, where they had to inform the population about the election program of the party.
“Approximately 5-10 minutes later we heard shouting. Our two activists were running and shouting – help us! They were followed by a car and the driver tried to crash them. I ran towards the activists and the driver stopped the car just in front of me. The driver got off the car and insulted us verbally. He said we did not have right to go from door to door in the village”, - Samira Ismailova said.

Ismailova claims the driver of the car is Aivaz Guseinov.
“According to the information on the official web page of the Bolnisi district administration, he is attorney of the district governor in the village Mamkhuti. However, he said he is the coordinator of the Georgian Dream in the village”, - Samira Ismailova explained.

The single mandate candidate in Bolnisi called police. The police took all of them to the police station. Ismailova said that the representative of the municipal board accompanied and supported Aivaz Guseinov in the police station.
In the Bolnisi municipal board, they said Aivaz Guseinov had not been their employee for more than one year. They said  the website contains old information.
The Georgian Dream’s Bolnisi Organization stated Aizav Guseinov is not the member of their party.

According to MIA, the police reacted to the fact of hindering in the election campaign and started investigation into the case based on the article 125 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
