NGOs met the representatives of OSCE mission

On September 26, leaders of the nongovernmental organizations Public Advocacy, Human Rights Center, the Public Movement Multinational Georgia and International Center for Civic Culture met Vania Anguelova, OSCE analytic on elections issue. 

NGOs shared all information with the OSCE representative about their election related projects and about current election environment in the country. The parties exchanged the information about the pre-election environment, which is based on long-term monitoring results. 

The participant NGOs monitor the election environment in the districts inhabited by ethnic minorities and in the conflict-affected districts. 

During the meetings, issue of right to vote for the citizens of Georgia living in the occupied territories, was also discussed. 

The OSCE monitoring mission and the representatives of the NGOs will continue coordination on the Election Day and in the post election period too.
