Court Did Not Satisfy the Appeal of the Owners of the Building in Tabukashvili Street

July 18, 2007

Administrative Collegium within Tbilisi Civil Court did not satisfy the appeal of the “Iveria” Community. The suitor appealed to the court against the decision of Tbilisi City Hall according to which the residential building in Tabukashvili Street # 50-52 should be dismantled.

Representatives of the Supervision City Service Department stated that “the Community members realized faults on their appeal” at the court hearing.
