A Member of the Youth Organization of the Liberty Party has been Arrested

Levan Dondua, who is a member of the political youth organization of the Liberty Party, has been illegally arrested today by law enforcement.

As the head of the youth organization, Zaza Gabunia, states, Dondua was arrested during a meeting with the local population in Abasha. Party members are not granted an opportunity to visit him in jail.

Zaza Gogava confirms that the prisoner is in a difficult situation. The youth organization of the Liberty Party supposes that by arresting Dondua the government is trying obstruct the demonstrations which will be held in Zugdidi on Ocotober 28.
