Zaza Chakvetadze Signed Plea Agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office

The member of the “National Forum” Zaza Chakvetadze signed a plea agreement with the prosecutor’s office.

As the attorney of Chakvetadze Zurab Neparidze reported to the “Interpresnews”, one-year probation sentence was imposed on Chakvetadze and he has to pay fine of 2000 GEL.

He also added that Chakvetadze signed a plea-agreement with the prosecutor’s office and “The National Forum” agreed with his decision.

The court found Chakvetadze guilty. The attorney is not going to appeal against the court judgment.

Chakvetadze was in pretrial imprisonment. Today he was released immediately soon after the court-hearing.
 
Chakvetadze was convicted for resistance to the police officer. This article envisages imprisonment for 5 years.
 
Chakvetadze was detained on October 21 as a result of the incident in the Lilo Market.
