Company “Serpantin” Is Blamed for Poor Rehabilitation of Roads in Telavi

June 20, 2011

Head of Kakheti regional office of the Free Georgia Giorgi Mosiashvili blames the Company “Serpantin” in poor rehabilitation of roads in Telavi district. Mosiashvili said the recently repaired roads get damaged soon and the government does not react on it.

“Serpantin” often wins competitions and repairs roads in Telavi and other districts of Kakheti region. Less than one year has passed and the roads are already in poor conditions. Big part of the asphalt is damaged. The government does not react on poorly implemented rehabilitation activities,” said Mosiashvili.

He clarified that the Company transferred 50 000 GEL to the ruling party “National Movement” before the elections last year, so the government keeps its eye blind on the problem.
