Sulkhan Molashvili’s family got back the property handed over to the state in 2004. In particular, the property includes a house in Tsavkisi, which Molashvili, former Chairman of the Chamber of Control, bought for 140 000 laris and handed over to the state in exchange for his release from prison.

Sulkhan Molashvili’s family members were today at the Prosecutor's Office, where the abovementioned information was provided to them by prosecutor Emzar Gagnidze.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, Molashvili was made buy a house in Tsavkisi in 2004, though he was not released from prison, where he had been serving a pre-trial detention term for abuse of power.
