Gori Opposition Parties and NGOs Create United Headquarters

NGOs and opposition parties signed a memorandum about consolidating in ‘Hotel Victoria’.  The members of the union are the: ‘New Righters’, ‘Labour Party’, ‘Conservative Party’, and ‘Georgian Young Lawyers Association’.

Mamuka Pindiashvili, the head of the ‘New Righters’ in Gori, highlighted the incident that happened with Pikria Chikhradze, a member of the party. The United Headquarters protests against the recent processes taking place in Georgia: such as Girgvliani’s murder, the Special Operation in the monastery, events at Tbilisi State University, etc.

According to Shalva Tlashadze, a member of the ‘Republican Party’, human rights are often violated in the regions as well.

The coalition plans to cooperate with the media and calls on society for cooperation in the case of any violation.

Opposition parties deny any kind of collaboration with Igor Giorgadze’s party.
