Kutaisi Residents Protested Murder of Yuri Vazagashvili

On January 22, Kutaisi residents protested explosion of Yuri Vazagashvili on the grave of his son in Karapila village, Kaspi district on January 20. The protest rally was held in front of the local self-government administration.
Family Members State Yuri Vazagashvili Was Killed

On January 20 Yuri Vazagashvili, father of Zurab Vazagashvili, killed during the special operation in 2006, died as a result of explosion on the grave of his son in Karapila village, Kaspi district. Vazagashvili was at the funeral of his relative in the village and then went to his son’s grave.
15 years without drinking water

Participants Protest Results of the Competition in the Kutaisi Local Self-Government

Last week, competition commission of the Kutaisi local self-government published results of the competition, which took start on October 20, 2014. According to the final results, 157 applicants won the competition for the vacant positions in the City Hall and City Council. As for 39 more working places, the competition results were annulled. Competition commission and the local government in general are satisfied with the process, but participants protest the results.

Ekaterine Ruadze claims she had covered the loan taken from the bank before the deadline but the bank made wrong operation and transferred the money to the client’s account instead covering the loan.

On December 12, 2014, based on the decisions made by the Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia and the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia, the company “RMG Gold” has renewed the wide-scale works at the oldest gold mine of Sakdrisi-Kachaghiani, under the name of deconstruction of an archaeological object. Renewal of those works represents a crime, because the Tbilisi City Court has suspended the right of the “RMG Gold” to conduct broad-scale works.
