Alana Gagloeva, the head of press-service at the president’s administration denies to negotiations were carried out between Georgian government and Tskhinvali Regime about evacuation of her grandmother.
“The information that Georgian Government carried on negotiations with Tskhinvali Regime about the evacuation of my grandmother, is absolute absurd. Grandmother left Tskhinvali by taxi and I met her by my car near village Meghvrekisi. I took from the conflict territory my grandmother and my cousin, who had epilepsy attack after fire was opened,” stated Alana Gagloeva.
According to journalist Vakhtang Komakhidze, when he visited Tskhinvali last year, he learned that before August 2008, officials of Georgian government carried on negotiations with Tskhinvali Regime to evacuate the grandmother of Alana Gagloeva from Tskhinvali. Komakhidze stated the government began to persecute him, because he had some information about this story and August war. Consequently, Komakhidze requested political asylum to the government of Switzerland.
Besides that, Alana Gagloeva stated that the statements of Vakhtang Komakhidze are unknown for her.
