Inmates cannot speak loudly, knock or play cards in the pretrial detention setting. The resolution of the minister of internal affairs regulates the rights of the detainee; the resolution is about the instructions in the pretrial detention settings.
According to the resolution, an inmate of the pretrial detention setting cannot: speak loudly, write letters, speak or knock on the wall in order to communicate with the inmates of the neighboring cell, prepare or leave various things in the cell; throwing a thing out of the window. They cannot stand on the window-sill, approach the cell-door; lock the door or block it by something in order to prevent the prison observer to enter the cell.
A detainee cannot write something on the wall, in the book, or thing which was handed to him/her by prison administration. Detainee cannot put up photos, paintings, papers from books and magazines on the wall; they cannot prepare or play cards or other exciting games. Detainee cannot make tattoo on his/her body; to put food or others on the window-sill, to smoke except walking place. Detainee cannot keep cloth, laces or other ropes longer than 50 centimeters in the cell.
