Joint Provocation by the Government and Giorgadze against the Egalitarian Institute

On the 15th of February, the Egalitarian Institute planned to organize a protest in their office against the terrorizing of the citizens of Georgia.

The Egalitarian Institute demanded that the government improves conditions in prisons and defends basic Human Rights in the country, rather then funding the offices of international terrorist. Dozens of people, who were probably paid out of Giorgadze’s funds, held a protest march in front of the Egalitarian Institute’s Office. They verbally assaulted staff of the Institute and tried to provoke violence.  However, the members of the Egalitarian Institute did not react to the provocation and as a result the protest ended peacefully. The Egalitarian Institute demands a stop to the terrorizing of Georgian citizens, canceling the provision of funds for international terrorists and the release of journalists Shalva Ramishvili, David Kokhreidze and others from prison.
