Court Bailed the Blood Bank for 20,000 GEL

Kutaisi Appeal Court partly satisfied thirty-eight-year-old Lamzira Chaladze's appeal and bailed the Kutaisi Blood Bank for 20,000 GEL in her favor. Aids-infected woman is satisfied with the court decision and she is not going to appeal the verdict any more.

"If representatives do not appeal the Supreme Court, this case will not last for ever. The sum is also enough for me. However, I demanded 200 000 GEL initially. To tell the truth I did not except even this," said Chaladze.

As for the accused side, they categorically refuse to comment on the fact. Thus, it is unknown, whether representatives of the Blood Bank are about to appeal the bail or not.
